TE2026 Tecumseh Woods Swim & Dive Team Registration is OPEN FOR LATE ENTRIES!
This year’s registration includes a two-step process: (registration links are below)
First, each family/household will complete a general registration form with parent/guardian contact details, emergency contacts, and other household information.
Then, a separate registration must be completed for each swimmer or diver, where you’ll provide individual details such as age, team placement, and medical information.
While there are two links, this updated process is designed to make registration easier for families with multiple participants by reducing duplicate entries.
2026 Swim Team Sign-Ups: Sunday, May 3 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. @ Piqua YMCA Youth Center
Registration will close on May 24, 2026. Late registration will close on June 5th.
If you would like to register a swimmer after that date, you may still do so, but you will be subject to a $25 late registration fee per swimmer.

Lisa Clark (Mighty Mites)
Coach Clark has been coaching Mighty Mites at Tecumseh Woods for 11 years and coaching swim at the YMCA for many years prior.
Coach Clark grew up swimming at Tecumseh Woods and some of her favorite memories are making new friends and swimming with them for years.

Brittany Bates (8 & under)
Brittany is thrilled to be coaching the 8 & under team this year! A familiar face at the pool, she has been a dedicated member of the Tecumseh Woods Swim Team since 2019, serving in various roles as a volunteer, coach, and certified swim official.
Brittany's expertise extends year-round; during the winter season, she serves as an assistant coach and official for the Miami County YMCA Marlins. As a swim parent herself - to Parker (12) and Stella (9) - she understand the sport from a coach's perspective (behind the blocks) and a parent's viewpoint (supporting & cheering poolside).
Her lifelong passion for the water began as a young swimmer competing for her local swim team in north central Ohio. That dedication eventually took her to high level YMCA and high school competition, and eventually to the collegiate level, where she swam for Ohio Northern University.
"I have a deep love for this sport, and I am so excited to instill that same passion in our youngest athletes. I can't wait to watch your little swimmers improve their technique and times this summer!"

Betsy South (13-14, 15 & up)
Coach South has been coaching for TW for over 18 years. She coaches our 9-10, 13-14, and 15 & up swimmers and is also the Head Varsity Swim Coach at Piqua High School. Coach South is a second generation swim coach with TW as her mother coached her and many other swimmers that came through our program.
Coach South gears to inspire life long swimmers. She has great rapport with her athletes. When she isn't coaching, Coach South is the running the Aquatics Department at our local YMCA as the Senior Aquatics Director.

Abby Young (Dive)
Abby is very excited to serve as the new dive coach for all ages this year. She has four years of diving experience, including two years with Northmont High School. Abby previously assisted with coaching at the Troy Dolphins and is thrilled to step into the role of head dive coach at Tecumseh Woods this summer.
She will graduate from Northmont High School this year and plans to begin the nursing program at Edison State Community College in the fall.
Abby’s coaching philosophy emphasizes having fun at practice while also focusing on the discipline and technique needed to grow as a diver when it’s time to get serious.
Abby is very excited to serve as the new dive coach for all ages this year. She has four years of diving experience, including two years with Northmont High School. Abby previously assisted with coaching at the Troy Dolphins and is thrilled to step into the role of head dive coach at Tecumseh Woods this summer.

*To register your child after the deadline, you must attend a scheduled practice and complete registration with the late online registration forms, and pay all fees, including the $25 late fee, at the time of registration. Any unpaid fees after registration closes will also incur a late fee. No unregistered or unpaid swimmers will be allowed in the pool.

Practice Information:
- Practices are important if you want to grow as a swimmer, so please plan to attend as many as possible.
- All practices will start and end on time.
- If you are late to practice, please join your team in the water as soon as possible after arriving.
2026 Practices will begin on Tuesday, June 2nd.

- Monday through Friday
- 10:00-11:00am - 11 & up Swim
- 11:00-11:45am - 10 & under Swim
Mighty Mites Practice Times:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 11:30am - Noon
Dive Practice Times:
- Monday through Thursday
- 10:00-11:00am - 10 & under Dive
- 11:00am-Noon - 11 & up Dive
