Lisa Clark (Mighty Mites)
Coach Clark has been coaching Mighty Mites at Tecumseh Woods for 11 years and coaching swim at the YMCA for many years prior.
Coach Clark grew up swimming at Tecumseh Woods and some of her favorite memories are making new friends and swimming with them for years.

Erin Monnier (8 & under)
Coach Monnier returns for her third season of coaching the eight and unders at Tecumseh Woods, but previously had experience coaching Mighty Mites when she was in high school. Coach Monnier's favorite thing about coaching is that she absolutely loves the sport and coaching allows her to take that passion and help swimmers reach their goals. She believes swimming is important because it's a life skill and hopes that each swimmer has fun and improves their skills this season.
Outside of swimming, Coach Monnier is married to RJ and together they have two children, Sophia (7) and William (5). They love to hang out as a family and you can find them at the TW pool a lot in the summer. Coach Monnier is also completing her eighth year at Piqua City Schools (Springcreek Elementary). She considers it to be her dream dream job, since she went to Piqua and lives in Piqua.
Coach Monnier has a strong connection to Tecumseh Woods, as she can remember joining the pool around 8 years old. Throughout the years, she was on the TW swim team, worked as a lifeguard, helped coach, and spent lots of time swimming with her family and friends. She considers this experience a moment for her to give back and to make new memories!

Betsy South (9-10, 13-14, and 15 & up)
Coach South has been coaching for TW for over 18 years. She coaches our 9-10, 13-14, and 15 & up swimmers and is also the Head Varsity Swim Coach at Piqua High School. Coach South is a second generation swim coach with TW as her mother coached her and many other swimmers that came through our program.
Coach South gears to inspire life long swimmers. She has great rapport with her athletes. When she isn't coaching, Coach South is the running the Aquatics Department at our local YMCA as the Senior Aquatics Director.

Practice Information:
- Practices are important if you want to grow as a swimmer, so please plan to attend as many as possible.
- All practices will start and end on time.
- If you are late to practice, please join your team in the water as soon as possible after arriving.
Swim Practice Times:
- Monday through Friday
- 10:15-11:15am - 11 & up Swim
- 11:15am-Noon - 10 & under Swim
Mighty Mites Practice Times:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 11:30am - Noon
Dive Practice Times:
- Monday through Friday
- Evening (TBD)

- We will send out a Remind text for any practices or meets that are delayed or cancelled due to weather.
- If your swimmer needs a ride to an away meet, please let us know as soon as possible.
- We plan to utilize foods trucks to provide meals/snacks for purchase at the meets.
